Windy City Oasis - Short Term Rental

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The condo is spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly well-located - right in the heart of River North with easy access to everything Chicago has to offer. The rare bonus of two dedicated parking spots made things even easier. The hosts went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were extremely responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful - from providing printed documents and a pen for passport forms to dropping by personally to help secure a door latch. Kevin even lives in the building, which added a sense of reassurance and immediacy if anything came up. On top of all that, they surprised us with pastries from a local favorite, which was a very thoughtful touch. It’s clear that a lot of care and effort goes into making guests feel welcome here. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-supported place to stay in Chicago, I can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

This was the perfect place for our Girls' Trip. Five beds meant everyone could have their own. The Chicago stop on the Brown line is only 1 block away and the #66 bus is right out front. There is a market around the corner and a minimart gas station across the street. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are 1 block away. The place looks just like the photos and the host was responsive, friendly, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. It's definitely worth the price for this space!

We loved our stay here!!! The unit is as described and in a great, walkable area. Despite being in a bustling part of town, it was very quiet. Neel was great to communicate with - super responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. Would absolute recommend staying here if you are visiting Chicago!

Fabulous place!! We absolutely loved staying here - beautiful space, very clean, and with everything you need. Location is fantastic - very close to L and a nice market for snacks and drinks. I appreciated all the little details too, like stacks of towels on the bed, an assortment of coffee pods available, soaps and paper towels ready to go, and even paper and pencil in the game shelf. It’s clear that the host cares about your experience and we loved the gift of donuts on our last morning! We are so appreciative to Ketan in making our visit to Chicago so special!

Neel was a great host, he communicated well and was able to accommodate early check in. His condo was the perfect location for my friend group and I. We were a group of 7 and fit comfortably and enjoyed using the kitchen and game area. We could walk to take the train to all of the locations we needed to go - it was a very walkable air bnb. We would definitely recommend !

Neel went above and beyond for my family and I during our stay. The unit was quiet, fun to hang out in, extremely clean, great layout for a family, very convenient parking, and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Neel!

I highly recommend booking with Ketan! He was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. Check in/out was easy and I will definitely book this place if we have another big group in Chicago!

Neel was an attentive, friendly, and proactive host. We hosted a bachelorette party, and we enjoyed all of the amenities of the home, including its central location. The two parking spaces were so helpful, and Neel even left Stans Donuts on our front door one morning. Whenever we had a question, he was responsive right away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I recommend to everyone! The place is even bigger than the photos can capture. The perfect size for our large group.

Great place! We stayed here with two families and a lot of kiddos! The place was perfect. Much bigger than we were expecting! The place had a pack n play and high chair available which was great. Kevin and neel were incredible hosts, very responsive and even bought donuts for the kids on the last day. Only downside was the parking was very tight for a large SUV (VW atlas). It was nearly impossible to get in and out with other vehicles in the lot. Unfortunately, we scratched up the car wheel/side bumper trying to get out of the spot on the first day. Parking aside, it was a great trip, great condo. Comfy beds, clean condo, very spacious. Would highly recommend!

This place was great and very accommodating for our for our family of 6 (parents & 4 young adult kids). We were able to walk everywhere. Hosts were very communicative and very responsive. And, what a surprise to wake up to a delivery of Stan's Donuts!!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago.
