House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the home or the balcony. We ask that you step outside the premises to smoke. No large gatherings or loud music allowed. Maximum number of people in the home/balcony is 10. Building quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No pets allowed inside the home. We have a shuffleboard that is difficult to clean if any liquids are spilled on it. No drinks are allowed on the edge of the table or around it. Thank you in advance for being a super guest!

Neel was an amazing host. He was very responsive and was super flexible with our plans as we were in town for surgery for our daughter. He was very thoughtful and even left us donuts on our check out day. We would highly recommend Neel and his beautiful place.

Neel was a great host. He was very communicative overall and made directions very clear upon arrival. The apt was very spacious and clean. He also brought us donuts from his favorite shop one of the mornings, which was a lovely add. My 7-month old also came so the high chair and pack n play amenities were great. Convenient location to train and a quick uber to millennium park and river. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was so nice and spacious. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We were able to walk to most places and it was in a good area. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again!

Neel is a great host. We had water leaking issues with other Airbnb , he let us checked in early which really helpful especially when you have 3 little kids . The apt is very clean and you have every thing you need.

Divy (Shared bike system): Also one block east! Uber/Lyft - Very easy, and will be available in minutes if not seconds! Additional parking available (beyond the included space) both on premise and 1 block away
