House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the home or the balcony. We ask that you step outside to smoke. No large gatherings or loud music allowed. Maximum number of people in the home/balcony is 12. Building quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No pets allowed inside the home. We have a foosball table that is difficult to clean if any liquids are spilled on it. No drinks are allowed on the edge of the table or around it. Thank you in advance for being a super guest!

This was the perfect place for our Girls' Trip. Five beds meant everyone could have their own. The Chicago stop on the Brown line is only 1 block away and the #66 bus is right out front. There is a market around the corner and a minimart gas station across the street. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are 1 block away. The place looks just like the photos and the host was responsive, friendly, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. It's definitely worth the price for this space!

Fabulous place!! We absolutely loved staying here - beautiful space, very clean, and with everything you need. Location is fantastic - very close to L and a nice market for snacks and drinks. I appreciated all the little details too, like stacks of towels on the bed, an assortment of coffee pods available, soaps and paper towels ready to go, and even paper and pencil in the game shelf. It’s clear that the host cares about your experience and we loved the gift of donuts on our last morning! We are so appreciative to Ketan in making our visit to Chicago so special!

This place was great and very accommodating for our for our family of 6 (parents & 4 young adult kids). We were able to walk everywhere. Hosts were very communicative and very responsive. And, what a surprise to wake up to a delivery of Stan's Donuts!!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space, beautiful and clean, nice touches throughout the unit, comfortable beds, a gated parking space right there, convenient to so many things… the list goes on and on. Our hosts even dropped some fantastic donuts off on our last morning. We highly recommend this airbnb!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at [Host's Name]'s place! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall comfort of the space. The space was much bigger than how it looked in photographs! The location is perfect—close to everything yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, extremely responsive and accommodating, even brought pastries! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We just stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend. The hosts were clear and proactive in their communications. The space is huge and the bathrooms were beautiful. Saturday morning, the hosts even dropped off pastries from their favorite local cafe out side our front door. I absolutely recommend this space! It will make your stay absolutely perfect.

We stayed at Ketan’s place as a family for 4 days in August. The apartment was super clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The living space was huge and cool in the heat of summer with comfy sofa, dining table and TV. The table football was a nice touch. The three bedrooms were spacious with plenty of space to store clothes. The bathrooms were a hilight- showers, jacuzzi baths and vanity units were all clean and modern. The laundry area was much appreciated after a few days on the road. Location was perfect with an L station 2 minutes away and downtown just 20 minutes walk. Neel was really helpful, popping over to fix a blind within minutes. He also gave us lots of information on places to eat and supermarkets- just what we needed to settle in. A great host and a fab apartment.
